Course programme

The Level 2 Workplace Diploma in Sales includes 5 elements, the NVQ element, the Technical Certificate, Functional Skills, the ERR booklet and the PTLS element.

Please be aware there are assessments, these take place throughout the programme on the Technical Certificate and the Functional Skills. Please also be aware that there are a number of hours that need to be covered, normally we will need you for 9 hours of your normal job for training.
