Course programme

This qualification builds on Level 2 and is tailored for more advanced CAD users still operating in the 2D drawing environment. The programme will develop your skills in the use of AutoCAD, an industrially recognised computer aided drawing package.
Students will achieve a City & Guilds Level 3 award in 2D Computer Aided Design 7579-03 demonstrating that they are competent to the level stated upon successful completion of Unit 301. This is a nationally recognised qualification within the industry.
Students' competence will be assessed by both practical assignments and multiple-choice tests. The Centre administers the assessments and students can take them at any time that the tutor considers appropriate.
