Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) formerly PTLLS

The course content was well delivered, easy to understand and fitted very well into the given four days. Although there was a lot of information to take on board, I felt relaxed, and confident about this style of learning.
It also gave me the perception of what it would be like to be a trainee, how there are different teaching techniques and learning styles.
There were sufficient breaks, and enough refreshments were also provided, perhaps not the first thing one might think of, but people do find this an important factor when in a learning situation, helping to make everyone feel at ease and encourage student participation from the outset, getting students to agree times etc. for breaks and lunches.
