This three day workshop (also known as intermediate food hygiene course) builds on basic food hygiene knowledge and looks in more depth at food safety hazards, controls and the application of HACCP principles to manage food safety. This course is accredited by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance. Successful completion of a short multiple-choice examination leads to a recognised qualification, for which a certificate will be awarded.
