Course programme
To earn a qualification, you must complete a range of mandatory and optional units, including:
•Establish communication with clients for advice and guidance
•Assist advice and guidance clients to decide on a course of action
•Manage personal case load.
To gain the full qualification you must acheive a total of 21 credits
The programme consists of a full induction followed by dedicated individual support from one of our qualified and expert assessors.
You will have contact with our assessor every two to three weeks with at least one face-to-face meeting per month.
You can communicate using phone, email or text and can have tutorials using Skype or web-cam.
We provide you with an easy to follow pre-prepared portfolio with clear action plans, guidelines and handouts.
You will need to work with your assessor to identify and gather evidence from your job as; produce case studies concerning the clients you work with, and answer questions in order to prove competence in your role.
