Learn the skills required to carry out assessments on employees within a workforce.
Observing staff members and on site has to adhere to certain standards which this course can ensure you meet.
The course combines two classroom days with a third observational visit from your teacher. Each candidate will carry out assessments on two learners either in the classroom or the workplace.
The resulting portfolio is signed off by your teacher and you are then ready to receive the Level 3 assessors qualification.
