This Certificate in First Line Management is based on Units 3010, 3001 and 3005 of the Level 3 First Line Management qualification range of units and covers the core essentials for all managers.

3010 Being a leader
Content includes: leadership training including understanding different types of leadership styles and when to use them, developing leadership skills for impact. Credit: 6

3001 Personal development as a first line manager
Content includes: planning and managing the work, creating effective working relationships, understanding how to develop great management skills. Credit:6

3005 Developing individuals and teams
Content includes: setting and managing objectives, performance reviews, identifying development opportunities for teams and individuals. Credit: 6

Assessment:

This management qualification consists of three units of learning. In order to achieve the Certificate in First Line Management participants must successfully complete a written work-based assignment for each unit of around 1500-2000 words.

You can be confident that their support and help will give you every opportunity to be successful. Your personal tutor will also assess the work you have to submit for your qualification. They will provide you with full written feedback.
