About the course
On this course you will study advanced cookery skills over one academic year, attending two days per week. This course builds on the Level 2 and is aimed at those wishing to work as a senior chef.
You will learn in our industry-standard commercial Gallery Restaurant. The restaurant is open to the public so you’ll be gaining real practical experience using effective communication and service skills to prepare, cook and present food to customers.

About this course
Entry requirements
You will need to hold the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery and have a successful reference and interview. All young people will continue to improve their skills in English and Mathematics while studying at the college. If you have lower than a C grade GCSE in Mathematics or English Language, you will be supported to work towards this level.
