This is a ‘top-up’ one year Level 3 qualification aimed at people who would like a professional career in the construction and property industry.
Typical careers include: architecture; civil engineering; building surveying; quantity surveying and land surveying. Alongside the Diploma you will also complete the Welsh Baccalaureate which will improve your employability skills.
You will need to have completed a level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Construction. Equivalent vocational experience or qualifications will also be considered.
