Level 3 Diploma in Gas Installation and Maintenance, (City & Guilds) (Year 1 of 3)

The programme of study is for 3 years on a day release basis. Candidates will learn the skills required to deal with complex activities and process. The level 3 qualification which is gained at the College through theory and practical assessment, also in the work place, independently assessed against the industry standards set for gas safety. Candidates will learn how to work safely performing complex gas activities on a range of gas appliances and gas installations, including using fault finding techniques. The candidate will also learn about system design (Gas, Plumbing & Heating) and electrical systems associated with gas appliances.The course will be taught through the use of practical and theory sessions.
