Level 3 GP and Exercise Referral

This course is essential for anyone wanting to work in this sector of the fitness industry and gives you everything you need to manage a referred client, including:

- physical activity, exercise and health advice

- how to plan your work with referred clients

- information on medical conditions, medication and exercise guidelines

- how to support clients change their exercise behavior

Once you have completed the course you will be able to work along side healthcare professionals as a Level 3 Instructor either freelance or associated with a club or centre. You will have sufficient knowledge of low risk injuries and illnesses and how exercise and physical activity can prevent or reduce risk of further damage and even premature death.
