Who is this course for?
These Level 3 BTEC programmes are designed for people who already work or have at least two days a week volunteering in an early years environment and who wish to undertake a level 3 Diploma. The full National Diploma programme will take two academic years and has been designed in a way that allows you to enrol onto different size courses to suit your requirements. You are required to have GCSE English Language and maths before starting the programme. The courses on offer are:Level 3 National Subsidiary Award in CPLD £464.50Level 3 National Award in CPLD £797.40Level 3 National Subsidiary Certificate in CPLD £1191.20Level 3 National Award in CPLD TOP-UP to the Level 3 National Subsidiary Certificate in CPLD £516.20Level 3 National Subsidiary Award in CPLD TOP-UP to the Level 3 National Award in CPLD £422.40
What other experience will I gain?
You are required to be in a work placement environment so that you can accrue logged placement/experience hours towards the qualification. This can be in the form on voluntary work or paid employment. These placement hours will be accrued over the programme and will include the hours logged from the small qualification, e.g. 50hrs accrued from the National Award will count towards the National Subsidiary Certificate. For achievement over the programmes you are required to have completed the following hours:Year one - National Award – minimum of 50hrs - National Subsidiary Certificate – minimum of 400hrsYear two - National Certificate – minimum of 750hrs - National Diploma – minimum of 750hrs
