Course Content

This course is delivered over 2 evenings per week (dependant on trade experience). There is an advanced skill workshop plus theory session.

In addition you will be required to operate a commercial restaurant to undertake assessments.

Entry Requirements

VRQ Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery or NVQ level 2 Professional Cookery.
