The course is delivered by Chartered Environmental Health Practitioners who have over 20 years experience of Food Safety through Enforcement as EHO's but now as consultants who assist businesses with Food Safety Management- whether through auditing, training or advice and consultancy.
The course although classroom based gives ample opportunity to discuss and dissect Food Safety Management- a central HACCP theme runs through each of the modules; both the catering and manufacturing syllabus' are delivered alongside each other- which proves beneficial to all candidates.
