The HNC should enable students to go straight into the second year of some construction degree courses. Alternatively if you decide to continue in employment, your HNC will open up a range of opportunities. The HNC construction qualification also provides entry to many higher level professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Property Management and Architectural Design. There is also an opportunity to progress to HND level 5 through a further 2 years of study.
