Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership

This course builds from the Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Award qualification (units completed at QCF BTEC level 5 Award in Management and Leadership will count towards this qualification and not be repeated). Students will complete units: 1. Principles of Management & Leadership 2. Managing Change 3. Principles of Strategic Management The units are assignment based and are internally assessed. This 18 week course starts in September and finishes at the end of January the following year.Topic input, group discussions, problem-solving, research and work based activities to enable you to put theory into practice. Builds from the Level 3 qualification and enables candidates to learn, understand and use management skills in the workplace within a range of differing disciplines. You will need to set aside an additional one day a week self study.
