I heard about the Institute via a career fair and I chose this course as I wanted a practical education, without spending 3 years at uni and while holding down my current admin job. I always wanted to get into hotel and hospitality management. My ultimate career aspirations are to become a manager in a 5 star hotel. Very pleased with whole service and the staff that make up the company! From initial enquiry through to the completiion I have been impressed & also cannot fault the service provided. I went with SDL on a trusted recommendation and it was certainly a good one! I met & discussed at length what I wanted to get out of it and then a plan was drawn up to achieve and regular contacts/visists ensued. Felt completely supported throughout and confident in my choice.
Dealt with real people who have real experience and a wide knowledge & are tireless in their desire to help you. Excellent value across the board (cost being lower than expected & based on current climate!) & being able to work as well as produce unit work was the key 'seller' for me and recommend this to others who have similar lives & schedules, who want to validate their experience and obtain a suitable high level qualification.

Everybody around me asked me to be a counselor since I was a good listener. Ms Barbra Porter helped and recommended online site. Courses were good and tutors were helpful as well. I got time to think and analyze few things about myself. Overall, a great experience in all. Counselors were great and it changed me as a person by increasing my awareness levels.
