Level Four BTEC Higher National Certificate in Interactive Media

Mandatory units include:

• Visual communication in art and design
• Ideas generation and development in art and design
• Contextual and cultural referencing in art and design
• Professional practice in art and design

Optional units include:

• Web authoring
• 3D computer modelling and animation
• Digital video post-production and editing
• Graphic narrative production
• DVD menu design and authoring

You will be assessed in a variety of ways, including written assignments, work-based assignments, work experience, practical assessment, portfolio development and presentations.

It will be delivered through a mixture of workshops, taught sessions, lectures, independent learning and work-based assessment.
