Course assessment
In order to attain this qualification you must sit three examinations, details of which can be seen below. Booking exams is the responsibility of the student. Any and all exam fees will be paid by the student directly to their chosen exam centre. On purchasing the course, students will be provided with a list of recommended exam centres.
The exam specification for the AQA Psychology A Level breaks down content into 'compulsory' and 'optional'. If something is referred to as 'compulsory content' it means it will definitely feature in the exam, and if it is referred to as 'optional' it means that it may feature in the exam, or that you will be offered a choice of questions addressing different parts of the optional content.
Paper 1
Assessment details:
- 33.3% of A-Level
- 96 marks
- Written exam: 2 hours
What is assessed?:

- 24 marks = Section A: multiple choice, short answer and extended writing
- 24 marks = Section B: multiple choice, short answer and extended writing

Course Fees
The enrolment fee for the New A' Level Psychology (Full AS + A2) home study course is £450, though for a limited time we are offering you the opportunity to pay only £360 which is a 20% discount if you enrol online and pay in full.
You can also opt for our Easy Payment Plan and enrol online today by paying a deposit of £90 and then 4 equal payments of £90 per month. The first instalment is paid about a month after you receive your course.
