Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi – a beautiful flowing massage from the exotic Island of Hawaii. Lomi Lomi massage explores the Huna Philosophy, Hawaiian breathing and energy balance. It also emphasises the importance of intent, focus, movement and practitioner care within the performance of the massage.

1-day course: This one-day course provides you with an idea of the basic principles of Lomi Lomi and lets you judge whether you'd like to sign up for the full 5-day course which is available separately.

Students will be introduced to the unique combination of flowing movements, dance-like rhythm, energy and massage in which the practitioner follows specifically choreographed patterns of foot placement and body posture while the hands, arms and elbows sweep over the body to the pulse of music, creating a very fluid and rhythmic massage.
