According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Lone working staff is defined as someone who "works by themselves without close or direct supervision" and can include home visiting, travelling, working from home or working in a building or office alone. Lone Worker Training is vital to reduce the risk of violence at work and to fulfil your duty of care to your staff.
