Course programme

Primarily for frontline staff who work directly with service users, but is also useful for office staff where service users come into the office. Our view is that this training enables everyone who may be on their own at any time, to learn how to protect themselves.

The session provides the opportunity for staff to explore the issues of lone working and how to ensure they are safe. The session is group based and utilizes the experiences of the delegates.
