During this course you will explore the use of Domino Designer to create applications used by Notes clients and Web browsers. Almost every aspect of application planning, design, security, and testing is covered in this thorough introduction to Domino Designer.
Prerequisites

* This course is designed for individuals new to Domino Designer but who have significant experience using the Notes R5 client, experience with another programming language, or with any worksheet or word processor macro language.
* A basic knowledge of HTML is required.



Objectives

Delegates will also be able to work with the Simple Action, function, LotusScript, and JavaScript languages, establish relationships between documents through field data inheritance and Response Document hierarchy, restore deleted documents and setup database archiving, assign user rights and roles in the Access Control List, design and configure database for single database Full Text Search and Site Search as well as Domain Search, utilise design templates to centralize your code changes and maximize Form and View performance.
