This Masters programme at UK Home Learning College offers a double certification. After successfully completing the first set of units students are awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management by OTHM Qualifications. The next set of units is taught by our partner organisation London School of Marketing, after successful completion of which the students are be awarded MA Human Resource Management by the University of Northampton.

Learners will be equipped with the knowledge and specialist skills to effectively select, motivate, manage and reward employees to maximise their potential and the potential of their respective organisations. They will also become a reflective practitioner and enhance your learning and development capabilities.

About this course

Learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:

Possession of an honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
Mature learners (over 21) with relevant work experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme).
