This project-based course focuses on developing user-centred design processes and encourages students to explore new and creative ways of interacting with objects, scenarios and people.
The programme
By drawing together the latest technologies and innovative design principles, students will experiment with ways to develop intelligent products and sustainable solutions with real practical benefits. Central to the course is an on-going examination of product behaviour and a recognition that technology is increasingly impacting on people's lives.
  • Students will analyse the behaviour and relationship between people and products and are encouraged to deliver creative design solutions to meet the dynamic needs of today's market.
  • The course examines the full potential of the latest digital technologies and design interactions widening the scope to include other fields of art and science. This broad based approach provides a real opportunity for inspirational and innovative user-centred design.
