MA Postmodern Fictions

What are the key features of the course?

This MA in Postmodern Fictions offers a survey and analysis of the cultural manifestations of the concept of 'postmodernism'.

How is the course organised?

All students will take two one-semester core modules, and four option modules, according to student choice and module availability. These will incluse studies of contemporary poetry, fiction, film and other discourses in which postmodernism figures, like art, architecture and popular culture. During the latter part of the spring semester adn over the summer vacation, you will work with a supervisor on an approved topic which you have chosen for your dissertation (to be submitted in early September).
