LEVEL 4

DURATION: The duration of this course is generally 12 - 15 months.

AIM OF COURSE: This course covers the full range of responsibilities required for middle managers with a wide span of control.

ENTRY AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
• All participants should ideally be practising managers with demonstrable performance.
• Ideally you should have a background which will enable you to benefit from the programme.
• Candidates are required to take a total of eight units: five core and three optional units.

PROGRESSION LEVEL 4:

Directly onto the full ILM Level 4 NVQ in Management.
