MANAGEMENT - NVQ 3
The Customer Service Centre is open 10am - 4pm weekdays.
This course has been designed to reflect the most up to date thinking on the role of the First Line Manager. The qualification gives the candidate formal recognition of their performance in the work place and assesses the knowledge and understanding of the key areas of management. The programme will enhance personal growth and development required to succeed in the business environment

Duration & Format
The programme is delivered in the form of advice and guidance on a one-to-one basis in the workplace. Completion of the programme is expected within 9-12 months
Programme Content
This qualification requires the successful completion of four core units and three optional units. The four mandatory units are
- UNIT 1 (A2) Manage your own resources and professional development
- UNIT 2 (B6) Provide leadership in your area of responsibility
- UNIT 3 (D6) Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility
- UNIT 4 (E6) Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility
Assessment Guidelines
Successful completion of an assessed portfolio of evidence. Accreditation of prior learning (APL) will be given for existing skills and experience where relevant and where evidence is available
