NVQ Level 4 Management
Who is it for?
This programme provides training for individuals employed in management positions who wish obtain an accredited qualification.
To achieve the qualification at this level the candidate must be able to show competence in developing productive working relationships, Maintaining activities to meet requirements and providing information to support decision making. In addition the candidate must show they can manage the use either physical or financial resources.
All optional units can be chosen to reflect and support your current job role.
Course Content
Candidates will need to complete five mandatory units and three optional units (from a choice of 16) in order to achieve the full qualification

How is the programme assessed?
Assessment consists of portfolio building using evidence from a work setting complemented by taught sessions and professional discussion.
How long will the qualification take?
This will depend on your personal circumstances and ability to provide evidence for your portfolio. However, the maximum length of study is for 18 months.
Do I need any qualifications?
No qualifications are required although; you must be working as a manager.
Where can it lead?
NVQ Level 5 Management.
