Who is the course for?
These NVQs are work-orientated qualifications and are suitable for those who undertake Management / Supervisory / Team Leading related activities.

What is the course about?
There are 7 units in total, 4 Mandatory & 3 Optional :

* Provide leadership in your area of responsibility (Mandatory)
* Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility (Mandatory)
* Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility (Mandatory)

* Plan Change (Optional)
* Implement Change (Optional)
* Develop productive working relationships with colleagues (Optional)

* Manage a project (Optional)
* Monitor and solve customer service problems (Optional)
* Work with others to improve customer service (Optional)

Will I need anything else?
LSC funded subject to status and locality with course fees of 550.

How long & often do I attend?
Start Date: Throughout the year.

How will I be assessed?
A Riverside College Halton assessor visits your place of work on a regular basis to support and conduct work based assessments.

What opportunities will this lead to?
Successful candidates may wish to progress onto a higher level NVQ depending on their job role.
