Who is the course for?
These NVQs are work-orientated qualifications and are suitable for those who undertake Management related activities.

What is the course about?
There are eight units in total, 5 Mandatory & 3 Optional :

* Provide leadership in your area of responsibility (Optional)
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements (Optional)

* Recruit, select and keep colleagues (Optional)

Will I need anything else?
LSC funded subject to status and locality with course fees of 550.

How long & often do I attend?
Start Date: Throughout the year.

How will I be assessed?
A Riverside College Halton assessor visits your place of work on a regular basis to support and conduct work based assessments.
