Management NVQ Level 5

Delegates will be assisted to assemble a Portfolio of Evidence such as Interview Records, Minutes of Meetings, Budgets and other identified documents that would support a claim that they are successful managers. On completion, the award allows delegates to make application for Membership to the Chartered Management Institute.
 
 
Delegates are required to demonstrate competence in a total of seven units:

A group of delegates will attend monthly workshops. In between each session delegates will have access to support and guidance via telephone and E-mail, and will be encouraged to Network with their colleagues. 
 
Delegates are advised to allocate themselves 3 hours each week  to work on the award.
