The 2-day Management of Risk and Uncertainty course provides a broad introduction to risk management, focusing on understanding the consequences of risk, allowing delegates, with up-to-date case studies, to practice the most common risk techniques and apply the methods of risk treatment and control. Management of Risk and Uncertainty (MoRU)
The programme is designed to use across all business sectors and is equally relevant to those working in private and commercial companies, the public and voluntary sector, health authorities and central governement departments and agencies.

MoRU is widely recognised as a leading course of its type and is an excellent start point for risk training. Envex have been a main provider of the course since it's launch in 2005.
The course is delivered over two days in 7 modules with case studies to support:
1. Introduction to Risk Management
2. Risk Assessment, Analysis & Evaluation
3. Risk Perception & Communication
4. Risk Treatment - Risk Control
5. Business Continuity Planning - an overview
6. Risk Treatment - Risk Financing
7. Corporate Governance, Reporting, Monitoring, Embedding
At the end of the course delegates are invited to take a short assessment paper, and successful completion will result in the award of a certificate from the IRM.
The course includes a 110 workbook, case studies with practical exercises and a package of supporting material from Envex.
The two day public course also includes all refreshments and lunch on both days.
This is not a residential course and should overnight accomodation be required, Envex will be happy to help suggest relevant hotels or B&B's.
