Course Overview

Effective management of risk helps you to improve performance. Informed risk-taking helps to improve performance through innovative approaches for managing the business, service delivery and value for money. Management of Risk (M_o_R®) is the best practice developed by the UK government. This course covers the latest version of M_o_R released in 2007 and is designed for individuals who have undertaken the 3 day Foundation Course and passed the examination, and now wish to move on to the higher examination level available.

Why should you use Aspire Europe?

The case for using Aspire Europe is compelling; we are an Accredited Training and Accredited Consultancy Organisation by the OGC and APM Group. Our trainers include are mainly practicing consultants who have achieved Registered Consultant status.

Aspire Europe Ltd also provided a member of the review team for the 2007 version of Management of Risk.

Prior to the event there will be preparation work to consolidate the work undertaken on the Foundation course. The amount of work that individuals will need to put in will depend on the time elapsed since they attended and passed at Foundation level.

The 2 day course is intense but fun, and is intended to be interactive whilst challenging. It will also prepare delegates wishing to progress onto the Advanced workshop.
