Description of course
This two-day course uses discussions, exercises and case studies to provide delegates with a review of modern management techniques and practice in the key skill areas. Subject areas covered include decision making, planning, leadership, delegation, communication and performance management. Throughout the programme delegates are challenged to assess their own strengths and weaknesses and identify actions for continuous improvement.
