Summary To provide managers or team leaders with a range of skills to enable them to manage their time, their stress and that of others, make informed decisions,understand how to delegation and managing a team.

Who should attend? New managers, new team leaders or those who have been in post and wish to develop or acquire skills in time management, stress management, decision making, delegation and managing a team.
