It brings out the critical elements of authenticity in developing an effective style of leadership, of communicating your vision and values to the team, of having a model of a high-performance team to aspire to, and the importance of feedback to enable team members to develop themselves.
The workshop encourages sharing of real examples and knowledge, and uses small group and individual exercises, with a facilitative and coaching style of workshop leadership.
