A flexible course designed to equip managers and aspiring managers with the skills and knowledge to succeed in today's challenging climate.

The course is both practical and work-based, so you can transfer learning directly to your work environment, boosting your personal performance and benefiting your employer as you learn. You will develop skills and knowledge in a comprehensive range of applied management topics including marketing, leadership, change and project management. You complete the course whilst working, either entirely online, or through a combination of online learning and one-day workshops. Through either way you'll benefit from full tutor support.
