The managing change module is structured to provide you with a holistic understanding of the principles and practices of change management in healthcare environments. The module provides a fundamental knowledge of the theoretical concepts and models underpinning change management.   • Overview

The managing change module is structured to provide you with a holistic understanding of the principles and practices of change management in healthcare environments. The module provides a fundamental knowledge of the theoretical concepts and models underpinning change management. Equipped with this, you will be encouraged to critically evaluate and apply these concepts to a range of health services settings at strategic, organisational and individual levels.

On completion of the module, you will have acquired a broad knowledge base that allows you to understand, participate in and manage change in healthcare organisations.

The module aims to:

Entry requirements for BSc Health Sciences (online) programme:

  • 120 Level 4 credit points and 120 Level 5 credit points in healthcare related subjects

Entry requirements for study as a stand-alone module:

  • Current registration with a professional and regulatory body (healthcare)
English Requirements

For those students whose first language is not English one of the following qualifications is also required:

  • IELTS: 7.0

Please note that due to changes in the UKVI's list of SELTs we are no longer able to accept TOEFL as evidence of English language for students who require a CAS as of April 2014.
