Managing Crisis

Managing Crisis When looking back and reflecting on a crisis we often recognise that it was highly predictable. Whilst hindsight is useful, foresight might have been effective in avoiding or minimising the impact of the crisis.  This course aims to help the participant understand the nature of crisis and to develop systematic and rational approaches to avoidance and effective management.  The course material could appropriately be applied in a range of settings and would be particularly useful for people working in the mental health field
