Managing Information

This course will give an understanding of the process of managing information. It will help participants develop a clear understanding of the need to manage information; distinguish between valid and non-valid information and how best to gather it; develop an understanding of analytical techniques; how best to use information with decision making; how to write reports and presentations; and understand the requirements and benefits of information systems. Suitable for: This course is intended for people with experience of working in a supervisory or management role.
