The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the key tools for effective leadership and management of a team.

This course is ideal for Supervisors, Managers, Team Leaders and anyone with leadership /supervisory responsibility. Anyone who is about to step into a leadership/supervisory position would benefit from the skills learnt on this course.
