Managing Performance

Managing Performance Workers are too frequently judged in rather simplistic terms, i.e. being "good" or "bad".  This view often leads to uncomfortable disciplinary action and/or frequent turnover of staff; all expensive, time and energy consuming.  This course aims to help the manager examine underperformance in a more considered and analytical way and consequently develop managerial strategies that are most likely to turn the situation around.  Legal perspectives will also be considered
