  • Anatomy of the hand and wrist.
  • Structure and function of the nails.
  • Nail disorders and diseases.
  • Use of all manicure implements.
  • Manicure techniques.
  • Hand Massage.
  • Hygiene and sterilisation.
  • Costings and timings.
  • Aftercare Procedure.
  • Contra-indications.
Day Two
  • French manicure.
  • Hand Masks.
  • Heat Therapy.
  • Paraffin Waxing.
  • Advanced product knowledge.
  • Advanced practical skill application.
  • Intensive massage techniques.
EXPERIENCE: No previous experience is necessary for the one or two day training course. Qualified manicurists can complete the second stage (heat therapy/ paraffin wax techniques) without completing module one.

All products, equipment, training notes & models are provided for you - with the exception of false nails & brazilian, where you will need to provide your own model. There will be a lot of practical work for each student to complete, each having their own models to treat.
