Manual handling course - health & safety in the workplace

Available online, this awareness course in Manual Handling covers the basics of lifting and lowering loads, as well as pushing and pulling trolleys and other mechanical aids.
Basic guidelines on the posture for lifting, and the maximum weight guidelines are covered in this course.
On completion of the course, an awareness certificate can be printed out.
