Case studies and research from both product and service industries will be used to explore and apply current marketing theory to a wide range of topics. These include market segmentation and positioning, marketing planning, marketing research, customer communications, marketing ethics and ethical branding, buyer behaviour and customer perceptions and brand management. Social Media and digital marketing advances inform most areas of the curriculum at all levels.</p> <p>The assessment uses a wide variety of methods. These include multiple choice examinations, group presentations and reports, individual academic reports and examinations.
