Marketing integrates all the functions of a business and speaks directly to the customer through advertising, sales people, and other marketing activities. No business plan should be started until the marketing strategic plan has been prepared.

The "art" of marketing is trying to create a winning marketing plan. McDonald's, Burger King and several others all successfully sell burgers, but they do it in different ways. There are literally an infinite number of possibilities that may work and conversely that may fail.

This course covers the essentials of what goes into a marketing plan and the various skills required and will assume no prior marketing knowledge.

  • Integration of Marketing into the whole business

  • How to put a marketing strategy together

  • Understanding the Marketing Mix and how it relates to your business

  • How to identify your most profitable customers and get more from them

  • The seven stages of converting a prospect to a customer

  • The one key question that your customers are thinking, but not asking you

  • Understanding which marketing methods will suit your business – advertising, PR, internet marketing, etc.

    Coaching is available as either face-to-face sessions or as telephone coaching.  We are happy to arrange group coaching  sessions via a tele-conferencing service to help your delegates to embed their learning from the course.
