Hear from one of our tutors about studying Mathematics at Liverpool Hope.
Mathematics is a fascinating and exciting subject which underpins modern business, commerce, engineering, science and technology: it is as old as civilisation itself, and yet it is still the only way to quantify, explain and organise the world around us.
At Liverpool Hope, you will develop a passion and enthusiasm for Mathematics and its applications, and you will acquire a range of mathematical skills and techniques enabling you to handle problems involving complex data.
This single honours BSc programme has been accredited by the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications. This programme will meet the educational requirements of the Chartered Mathematician designation, awarded by the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, when it is followed by subsequent training and experience in employment to obtain equivalent competences to those specified by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for taught masters degrees.
