Entry requirements
You will need:
an honours degree 2.2 or equivalent.
Relevant work experience, usually a minimum of two years postgraduate work experience, is also expected.
International students need to meet our English language requirement at either IELTS at 6.5 or above, and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).

Accounting for Decision Makers
This module introduces the theory and practice of management accounting in relation to organisational decision-making, planning, control and assessment of performance.

Global Marketing and Digital Business
The module is designed to provide you with an understanding of global marketing and digital business theories and concepts. You will gain comprehensive understanding in key areas such as global strategic analysis, the impact of culture on global marketing strategies, strategies for online businesses, pricing strategies and marketing communication. The focus will be on using and applying these and other academic principles to real market situations.

Strategy and Entrepreneurship
This is an innovate module in which you will focus on company and organisation strategic analysis and decision making in the context of changing industry structures, and the uncertain business environment in which organisations function.

Managing People
Modern organisations are increasingly challenged by the search for effective leaders and the development of leadership talent. This module provides diagnostic tools that enable you to develop a greater self-awareness and understanding of your own leadership potential. It will help you improve your own and others' performance.

Business Intelligence
This module is concerned with using business intelligence for decision making. It includes data processing and knowledge management and business success through the systems and information technology taking into consideration associated risks.

Business Ethics in Action
In this module the role of business ethics will be analysed from a very practical perspective. How to build trust in organisations and how to “rebuild” trust will be addressed in the first sessions. We will also examine how to manage business ethics and the role of Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental ethics.
