Introduction

• During this course, candidates will be learning about administering and maintaining windows 7 and developing new skills and knowledge.
• Candidates will be learning about how to troubleshoot for different types of problems, be able to use different tools and understand the utilities and capabilities of windows 7.
• This course will teach candidates to be able to configure the active directory environment and how to install, upgrade and also maintain windows 7 and understand the security it has.

Pre-Requisites

• Candidates will require to have experience within windows operating systems and supporting it, TCP/IP and within active directory. Candidates will also require to have experience within computer devices and hardware.
